A boutique strategy consultancy is currently undertaking market research into the insurance bond market (comprising providers of investment, education and funeral bonds). We are seeking 1-2 insurance bond industry experts who would be available to participate in interviews with the client and contribute to the market assessment.
The client is seeking experts who have either worked within the insurance bond sector or provided relevant strategic advice to market participants, and who are able to provide relevant market commentary with respect to:
- The competitive positioning of the key providers of insurance bonds
- The market size, outlook and key drivers
- Barriers to entry for new insurance bond providers
- The regulatory environment and any key risks
- Views on key purchase criteria within the advisor channel
- Key success factors for current market entry into the advisor channel
Role
- Participate in a series of interviews with the consulting firm to provide perspectives on the industry (equivalent to 1-2 days full time advisory work)
- Provide relevant supporting information on the market
- Provide expert feedback and commentary on the draft report
Skills and experience required
- Deep expertise in the insurance bond sector
- Experience in or knowledge of bond distribution via the advisor channel
- A strategic mindset

Start date - Timing: Within the next week
Location: Remote (via Teams)
Rate: The daily rate to the consultant will be $2,000 - $2,500
