Gaming Manager | Castle Hill Tavern

We’re on the lookout for a Gaming Manager to help run our gaming room and keep it the friendly, welcoming spot our locals love.

Castle Hill Tavern is the original ‘local’ pub in the Hills District, with years of providing customers with efficient and friendly customer service. The Tav caters to all your needs with our wide range of facilities such as our Family Bistro, TAB, pool table, beer garden and our two dedicated function rooms ideal for both corporate and private events.

A day in the life of a Gaming Manager:

- Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
- Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
- Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
- Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift

About you:

- You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
- You’ve learned from great managers and are ready to step up
- You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
- You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out




- You’ve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
