Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) | Springwood Hotel | Daytime shifts!

We’re searching for a our very own ‘Rosie the Robot’ - you know, from The Jetsons - a Housekeeper known for their work ethic and efficiency.

We’re on the hunt for a cheerful, reliable, and detail-loving Guest Services / Housekeeper to join our energetic team at Nightcap, based at the Springwood Hotel.

If you have great attention to detail, take pride in creating a clean, welcoming space, are available 3 - 5 days a week 10am - 3pm! Then We’d love to hear from you!

A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:

- Making every room feel like home away from home
- Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
- Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
- Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests

Qualifications

About you:

- You’ve got the attention for detail keeping rooms crisp and making them shine
- You’re reliable, punctual and adaptable
- Available 3 - 5 days, 10am - 3pm!
- You take pride in your work and it shows
