PCA Ground Engineering is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment in a rapid-paced construction and civil infrastructure environment across Queensland and NSW. You will manage high-volume pipelines, partner with hiring managers, craft ads, source candidates via Seek and LinkedIn, and lead onboarding in Employment Hero.

Reporting to the Head of Finance & HR, you will implement recruitment processes, track metrics, and support immigration sponsorship when needed,
