We're looking for a passionate and experienced Publican to take the reins of our freshly renovated, flagship venue.

The Crows Nest Hotel, AKA The Crowie, is more than a pub; it's a local institution that has served the community since 1929. With its large capacity, 7 function spaces, roof top garden and live entertainment, it's a major player in Sydney's pub scene. We've just completed a full scale renovation to honour our past and set us up for a brilliant future, and we need a dynamic leader to drive it.

This role isn't just for a manager, it’s for a leader who can immerse themselves in the community and elevate every guest's experience. You will be at the heart of the action, whether it's managing a busy Friday night kick off, a large scale family gathering, or a live gig.

A day in the life of a Publican:

- You know the locals by name, they reckon you’re one of their own, all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.;

About you:

You already know if this is for you. You’ve got the experience, the presence, and the pride it takes to own a pub like it’s been yours forever. You're not just running a venue - you're living the Publican life.

- Hold current industry RSA, RCG & ARCG qualifications as per state requirements
