you'll contribute to the ongoing development and embedding of IREN's risk management framework, partnering with stakeholders across the business to strengthen risk awareness, accountability and decision-making. This role offers rare exposure to a diverse and evolving risk landscape, international operations, and the chance to help shape the frameworks, processes and culture that will support IREN's next stage of growth.
Requirements

- Maintain risk registers and support risk identification, assessment, and treatment activities.
- Develop and enhance risk profiles, reporting, dashboards, and insights for senior leadership and the Board.
- Administer and improve GRC systems and risk management processes.
- Conduct control testing and assurance reviews, including remediation tracking and closure.
- Identify control gaps, strengthen control frameworks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage incidents, issues, and remediation actions, ensuring root causes are addressed.
- Support risk maturity and transformation initiatives across the business.
- Prepare risk reports for senior management and Audit & Risk Committees.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to embed effective risk management practices.
- Leverage GRC technology and AI tools to improve risk reporting, analysis, and assurance activities.
