About the role
We are seeking Diploma Qualified Casual Educators to join our Footscray team. This is a great opportunity for confident educators who can work across age groups and build strong, positive relationships with children.
What we’re looking for:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (required)
- Availability Monday to Friday across varied shifts (from 7:30am starts to 6:00pm finishes), with flexibility to be on call at short notice for unexpected cover needs
- Sound understanding of the NQF, NQS, and EYLF frameworks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional, and proactive approach
- Genuine passion for early childhood education
