About the role:

This role would suit a Commercial Litigation Lawyer who wants quality work, strong partner access and a more balanced team environment.

You can expect to work across:

- Commercial and contractual disputes
- Corporate, partnership and shareholder disputes
- Property and leasing disputes
- Insolvency and restructuring litigation
- Professional negligence and financial services claims
- Court documents, evidence, correspondence and pleadings
- Settlement negotiations, mediations and litigation strategy

You will work closely with senior litigators,



gain direct client exposure and be trusted with meaningful involvement from the outset.

The ideal candidate:

- Commercial Litigation Lawyer with 2+ years PQE (up to SA/SC level)
- Experience in commercial litigation, insolvency litigation, property disputes, qualified negligence or broader dispute resolution.
- Strong drafting, attention to detail and file management skills.
- Commercially minded, practical and confident working directly with clients.
- Down to earth, motivated and keen to continue developing within a strong disputes team.
