This is Lorna Jane Kawana, and we're looking for someone who's ready to own it.
The chance
You'll lead a team of up to eight, including an experienced Assistant Store Leader, and take full ownership of everything that matters — the culture on the floor, the results at the end of the week, and the operational standard that holds it all together.
This role demands two things in equal measure: the ability to develop and inspire people, and the discipline to run a tight, commercially solid store.

You might already be leading a store. Or you might be the best ASL in your current business, ready for the step up you've earned. Either way, you bring:

Retail leadership experience and the commercial instincts to back it up
Operational confidence — VM, stock, and store standards are second nature to you
The ability to lead people and run the business simultaneously, without letting either one slip
