Horsley

Walk and Talk - Take a short stroll and provide support to a resident in care at HammondCare Horsley.

Enjoy spending time outdoors while supporting elderly residents to soak up some sunshine and fresh air. Together, you’ll take gentle strolls around the facility grounds and through the Horsley community.

Your company helps residents stay active, maintain their mobility, and boost their overall wellbeing — all through easy moments of connection, movement, and conversation

Your impact

Volunteering can be a rewarding experience, both for the people you interact with as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.

HammondCare

HammondCare is an independent Christian charity and we're passionate about improving the quality of life for people in need. We have a wonderful group of volunteers that partner with us to enhance the lives of people cared for by HammondCare.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.
