Rotating (Grade 1) Physiotherapist wanted in modern hospital

About the Role

Rotating grade 1 opportunity within our new purpose built hospital

Access to additional rotations through greater Healthscope organisation including specialist wards and outpatient rehabilitation departments

Provide comprehensive acute Physiotherapy services to in a variety of settings, including acute inpatient, subacute rehabilitation, and community outpatients

Deliver excellent clinical services related to assessment, treatment, planning and evidence based practice

Participate in program development and quality improvement activities within the Allied Health Department, supported by the Allied Health Team Lead

Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and professional development programs, working parties and committees to have your say in the service hospital provides

Access to supportive grade 2 Physiotherapists and Allied Health Team Lead.

Annual PD allowance to support your learning

Experienced Grade 1 Physiotherapists are encouraged to apply as well

Holmesglen Private Hospital is a comprehensive 147 beds acute private hospital. Our hospital offers highly specialised services including an emergency department, advanced coronary care, cardiothoracic, orthopaedic and general surgery.



These services are supported by a 6-bed intensive care unit, 9-bed acute coronary care unit and 7 operating theatres.

Selection Criteria:

Bachelor in Physiotherapy or equivalent

Current AHPRA Registration

Willingness to learn and embed self within a service that rewards loyalty

Highly developed communication skills and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Excellent organisation and time management skills

Proactive and positive team member
