The role
Situated on the 3rd floor of Melbourne's Crown Towers, Crystal Club is a private lounge offering an array of exclusive privileges to all its guests. With high ceilings and mirror finishes, it's a mesmerising space for our guests to relax and indulge.
In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Provide personalised and seamless check in and check out experience for all guests.
- Display an in-depth knowledge of Crown hotel products and facilities, as well as service offerings across the broader Crown complex.
- Provide a professional, friendly, and courteous approach to all customers recognising different needs of individuals and attending to them accordingly.
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- Previous experience in a premium Hotel or Tourism and Hospitality environment in a customer service role.
- A strong work ethic and a passion to provide exceptional guest experiences.
- The ability to multi-task while having a very strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (OPERA) highly desriable.
Additional Information
This role requires you to have flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster including weekends, a mix of day and night shifts and other peak periods.
