About the role
The Account Administrator will play a key role in managing financial transactions and supporting the administration team. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle various accounting tasks while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with general reception duties, including relief for part days and lunch breaks
- Code supplier invoices for entry into the Adept system
- Crosscheck entries for accuracy
- Assist with receipting of tenant electronic transfers and cheque payments
- Address day-to-day accounts payable queries from contractors
- Prepare and process weekly supplier payment runs
- Manage extension requests and cross-check monthly invoices against tenancy schedules
- Process monthly electricity readings and upload associated charges
- Handle management fees and disbursement recovery
- Maintain portfolio spreadsheets, including air conditioning electricity data
- Cross-reference promotional budgets against actual accounts
- Provide basic office administration support, including filing
- Back up other administration team roles as required
Skills & experience
Proven experience in accounts administration or a similar role. Solid capability in managing financial transactions and accounts payable processes. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
