About the role
Locum role January - April 2027. We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing private practice in beautiful Esperance, Western Australia, while our principal physiotherapist is on maternity leave. This is more than just a locum position; it's an opportunity to experience one of Australia's most stunning coastal towns during arguably its best time of year. Full-time preferred (part-time considered for the right applicant). Your caseload will include:

- Musculoskeletal physiotherapy
- Sports injury assessment and rehabilitation
- Exercise-based rehabilitation
- Acute and chronic injury management
- WorkCover and compensable injuries
- A motivated and active patient population

Our experienced physiotherapists provide evidence-based treatment tailored to individual needs for patients recovering from injury, managing pain, or aiming to optimise performance.

Experience and qualifications required

- A minimum of 3 years' clinical physiotherapy experience
- Extensive experience managing musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries
- Excellent clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment skills
- Clinical Pilates training and experience
- Confidence prescribing progressive exercise rehabilitation
- Experience using the AxIT strength and force testing system to guide assessment and return-to-sport decision making
- Current AHPRA registration and skilled indemnity insurance
