The Company:

This leading production company delivers cutting-edge technical solutions for conferences, exhibitions, live events and major corporate productions. They are looking for an experienced Vision Technician to join their Adelaide operations team.

Position Terms:

- Permanent, full-time role
- Salary: $80k-$100k plus super

The Role:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Vision Technician will be responsible for delivering professional video and presentation solutions across a broad range of live events. You'll ensure seamless operation of vision systems while providing outstanding technical support and client service.

Key Responsibilities include;

- Install and operate projection, LED wall and video display systems
- Operate vision switchers and presentation systems during live events
- Configure presentation playback and content management systems
- Troubleshoot video and display issues under pressure
- Read technical plans and production documentation
- Assist with warehouse preparation and equipment testing
- Lead installation crews where required
- Liaise professionally with clients and project managers
- Ensure equipment is maintained to a high standard





The Candidate:The successful candidate will have experience working as an Audio, Lighting, Vision and/or AV Technician within the events industry. Experience with LED walls, projection and vision switching equipment is essential for this role.

- Strong understanding of signal flow and video distribution
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Current Driver's Licence and White Card
- Forklift, EWP or MR/HR Licence advantageous
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, when required
- Ability to travel for event delivery when required
