About the role

We're looking for a passionate Store Manager to lead the Noarlunga boutique and create an environment where both customers and the team love to be. This is a role for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, inspiring their team, driving sales and building a positive store culture in a fast-paced retail setting. Every day brings something different, making it the perfect opportunity for a leader who thrives on variety and momentum.

What you will do

- Drive store performance through sales, conversion, and team engagement
- Lead from the front, creating a high-energy and customer-focused store environment
- Recruit, coach and motivate a casual team to deliver strong results
- Manage daily operations including rostering, stock control, and store standards
- Maintain visual merchandising that reflects current trends and brand identity
- Build a culture that is fun, inclusive, and aligned to the brand's personality

What you will bring





- Previous Store Manager or robust Assistant Manager experience
- A confident leadership style with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Experience working in quick-paced retail, ideally within fashion or streetwear
- Strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs, and driving performance
- A passion for streetwear, surf, or lifestyle fashion
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of store success
