We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Junior Locum Hospital Services Team.

Who are you?

You want to work with the some of the best and brightest clients, candidates and colleagues out there – leveraging your skills and evolving your career! You will have locum medical recruitment experience, ideally with ED and mixed Junior Doctors desk. You thrive in an environment where you develop relationships, problem solve, work in a team and kick goals. Regardless of your background, you feel a career in placing talented Doctors in critical roles will set your world alight!

What will you do?

In a nutshell, you’ll connect the best people with the best opportunities by understanding what makes every candidate and client unique.

You will take ownership of a Junior Doctors desk covering areas such as ED or Medicine, placing your Doctors in Locum Hospital roles, helping shape a healthcare sector that delivers more for every doctor, patient and community.

No two days will be the same. This is a fast-paced portfolio so you will need to be agile, adaptable, and resilient. You will gain satisfaction from an array of activities including client and candidate engagement,



building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and candidates to business development and strategy sessions with the team. With support from a knowledgeable team and a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator. In addition, there is a strong database and the excellent Wavelength reputation to leverage.

You’ll work hard to understand the worlds of our candidates and clients intimately and provide them with personalised, quality service every step of the way.

Above all, you’ll care – about the priorities and ambitions of every candidate and client we support.
