About the Position

This opportunity is ideal for a capable Chef de Partie who enjoys being in the middle of busy service and takes pride in running a tight section. Position Description

- Run and manage a designated section during service

- Deliver consistent, high-quality pub-style meals

- Assist with prep planning, ordering, and stock rotation

- Support junior chefs and apprentices during service

- Maintain food safety, hygiene,



and WHS standards

- Contribute to daily specials and seasonal menu updates

- Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth service flow

Position Requirements

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie

- Experience in high-volume pub or bistro environments

- Ability to manage busy service periods with consistency

- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen organisation

- Team-focused attitude with clear communication skills

- Trade qualifications preferred

- Availability to work nights, weekends, and rotating shifts
