Job Description

At Abano Healthcare, we're looking for an experienced Website & Digital Experience Manager to lead the strategy, performance and optimisation of our websites across Maven Dental, 1300SMILES, Lumino and our network of practice websites.

This role is responsible for ensuring our websites deliver an exceptional user experience while supporting patient acquisition, increasing treatment bookings and driving commercial growth. You'll oversee website strategy, CMS management, optimisation initiatives and major website enhancement and migration projects, working closely with internal teams and external development partners.

What you'll be doing

- Develop and manage the website roadmap across multiple brands and practice websites.
- Lead website enhancements,



platform improvements and CMS governance.
- Manage website migrations and ensure seamless delivery across approved platforms.
- Drive website optimisation through UX improvements, conversion rate optimisation and testing.
- Coordinate website releases, updates and development projects with external partners.
- Work closely with SEO, Performance Marketing, Analytics and Marketing Operations teams to improve digital performance.
- Monitor website performance and provide insights and recommendations based on data and user behaviour.
