You’ll play a key role in:
Leading the delivery of modular projects from the production facility to final installation. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on bringing programmes, people and quality together. You’ll set the pace for safe, efficient production and site activities, solve challenges early and help build the systems, relationships and momentum behind our growing modular capability in WA.

- Lead day-to-day modular production facility and site installation activities
- Prepare short and long-term production programmes aligned to construction programmes
- Maintain compliance with our safety, quality, environmental and project delivery systems
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site activities
- Manage quality controls, inspections, defect close-out and project records through Procore
- Support project planning, resource management, budget monitoring and continuous improvement

What you’ll bring:
You’re an experienced modular construction leader with practical site knowledge, strong planning skills and a clear commitment to safety. You know how to bring people together around a programme, keep quality front of mind and create order in fast-moving delivery environments.



You’re ready to make your mark in a team building something different in WA.

- At least five years’ industry experience, including two years in modular site management preferable
- Experience in manufacturing or modular construction environments
- Experience delivering projects valued from $1 million to $5 million or more
- Proven ability to develop production programmes aligned to construction delivery
- Strong capability interpreting drawings, specifications and buildability requirements
- A collaborative, respectful approach that builds trusted relationships
- A proactive mindset, with accountability, adaptability and a focus on continuous improvement
