WorkPac are currently seeking a Workshop Production Technician for a company in Landsdale. This role is Mon-Fri, $70k + Super, 8am-4.30pm.

What You Will Be Doing

- Fabricate and assemble conveyor belts to client specifications while operating workshop machinery and specialised tooling.
- Conduct quality inspections on materials and completed products, identifying and reporting any faults or defects.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workshop environment in line with WHS requirements.
- Assist with belt change-outs, shutdowns, material handling, forklift operations, and associated documentation.

What You Will Need

- Strong mechanical aptitude and practical hand skills
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties




- Ability to read and follow technical instructions and splice procedures
- Current Driver's Licence & reliable transport
- Previous experience with Rubber Lining & Conveyor Belts (desirable not essential)
- Forklift Ticket
