Aged Care | South of the River | 3 Days Per Week |Permanent Part-Time| Reimbursed Kilometres

MARS Healthcare is currently recruiting for a Community Physiotherapist to join a respected and growing in-home aged care provider supporting older Australians to remain protected, independent and connected within their own homes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Physiotherapist who enjoys autonomy, meaningful client relationships, and delivering person-centred care within the community.
The Opportunity
- Permanent part-time position
- Three days per week - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
- Community-based role across Perth's southern suburbs
- Service area extending as far south as Port Kennedy
- Flexible and autonomous working environment

The Role
As the Community Physiotherapist, you will provide high-quality Physiotherapy services to older adults within their own homes, helping clients maintain mobility, independence and confidence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting mobility and functional assessments
- Developing individualised exercise and rehabilitation programs
- Supporting falls prevention and balance strategies
- Providing mobility and equipment recommendations
- Helping clients maintain independence with daily activities
- Collaborating with clients, families and other healthcare professionals
- Delivering evidence-based care tailored to each client's goals
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Experience within aged care, community, rehabilitation or a similar setting
- A genuine passion for supporting older Australians
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- Current WA Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- National Police Clearance
- Ability to work independently while managing your own caseload
