Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). 3 years relevant full-time equivalent post registration experience and approved post graduate nursing/midwifery qualifications in a field relevant to the specialty field, or such qualifications, or experience deemed appropriate by the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary health care team to identify and ensure responsiveness of care needs.
- Demonstrated evidence of the use of critical thinking as it relates to the delivery of advanced evidenced based nursing care.
- Demonstrated ability to provide safe compassionate quality care that is culturally responsive.
