Horizon Pro Dental is seeking a patient-focused General Dentist to join our established practice in Woodside, at the heart of the Adelaide Hills.

With five clinical days available, you will step into an existing patient book with steady patient flow and genuine capacity for continued growth. Enjoy working within a welcoming Hills community while remaining within convenient reach of metropolitan Adelaide.

We provide a broad range of general, preventative, restorative and prosthetic dental services. Our clinicians are supported by an experienced team, modern digital workflows and our in-house dental laboratory.

The position

You will take responsibility for an established patient book while continuing to build trusted and long-term relationships with our patients.

Five clinical days per week are available. We may consider a four-day arrangement for an exceptional candidate.

This is an initial fixed-term position, with the potential for an ongoing opportunity depending on mutual fit and future practice requirements.

You will be supported by

- An established patient base from commencement

- An experienced dental-assisting and administrative team





- An in-house dental laboratory specialising in removable prosthetics and orthodontic appliances

- Direct collaboration with our dental laboratory team

- Access to an experienced clinician providing surgical and implant treatment

- Established clinical systems and digital workflows

- A cooperative and community-focused practice environment

About you

We are looking for a dentist who combines strong clinical capability with warmth, reliability and excellent communication.

You will be confident working independently, and equally comfortable drawing on our clinical and laboratory teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care.

The successful candidate will

- Deliver high-quality general dental care

- Develop appropriate and comprehensive treatment plans

- Communicate treatment options clearly and confidently

- Build trusted and long-term patient relationships

- Maintain accurate clinical records and professional standards

- Work collaboratively with dental assistants, clinicians and laboratory team members

- Support continuity of care for existing patients

- Contribute positively to the culture and performance of the practice

Essential requirements

- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a dentist





- Current professional indemnity insurance

- Valid Australian working rights

- Strong patient communication and treatment-planning skills

- Commitment to ethical and patient-centred care

Preferred attributes

- Experience in an Australian private dental practice

- Confidence across a broad range of general dentistry

- Ability to manage and further develop an existing patient book

- Interest in building an ongoing relationship with the practice
