We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join our vibrant and growing Perth-based team. This pivotal role is integral to delivering exceptional service to our clients and supporting our financial advisers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless coordination of their financial advice and strategies.

- Overseeing the implementation of financial advice in collaboration with our technical support team.

- Ensuring accurate and timely preparation and delivery of advice documentation.

- Driving continuous improvement in processes and contributing to a positive team culture.

About You





You’re a detail-oriented and proactive skilled who takes pride in your work. To excel in this role, you will bring:

- 2+ Years experience as a Client Services Officer or a similar role in the financial planning industry.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Able to self-steward, though will form part of an existing network of support.

- A positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and genuine care for clients.
