Full time LF required Job Summary

Assist in the manufacture and refurbishment of polyurethane-coated rollers and industrial components. Responsibilities included stripping old polyurethane and rubber from rollers using a lathe, operating forklifts, preparing products for recoating, packing customer orders, and supporting daily factory operations while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

Stripped worn polyurethane and rubber coatings from industrial rollers using a basic lathe. Prepared rollers and components for polyurethane recoating and refurbishment. Assisted with polyurethane manufacturing, casting, finishing, and general production

processes .



Operated forklifts to load, unload, move, and store materials and finished products. Packed, labelled, and prepared customer orders for dispatch.

Performed quality inspections on products and components. Used hand and power tools safely and effectively. Assisted with stock handling and inventory management.

Maintained a clean, organised, and safe workshop and factory setting. Followed all workplace health and safety procedures and PPE requirements. Assist with general factory labouring and production support tasks as required.
