About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, client-focused Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary QLD team. If you’re passionate about helping people and want to be part of something meaningful—this is your moment.

You’ll:

- Conduct comprehensive functional behavioural assessments





- Develop, deliver, and monitor behaviour support plans

- Provide timely, effective services that meet participant goals

- Work independently while being backed by a supportive team

- Understand the importance of KPIs—but always put quality care first

✅ What You’ll Need

- Current registration with the Quality and Safeguards Commission (Core, Proficient, Advanced, or Specialist)

- Experience supporting children, adolescents, or adults with complex needs

- Passion for helping clients reach their full potential

- Strong communication skills—advocacy, mediation, and relationship building

- Driver’s licence and registered vehicle
