About the Role As our Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in ensuring every job runs efficiently from booking through to vehicle collection.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Greeting customers and managing front counter enquiriesAnswering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiriesBooking vehicles into the workshopPreparing quotations and invoicesCoordinating daily workshop bookingsKeeping customers informed throughout the repair processProcessing payments and finalising completed jobsMaintaining accurate workshop recordsProviding exceptional customer service at every interaction

About You We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work and genuinely cares about providing a great customer experience.

Ideally You'll Have

Previous experience as a Service Advisor,



automotive administrator or similar customer service roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesThe ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentGood computer skillsHigh attention to detailA positive attitude and willingness to learnThe ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable (but not essential)

Automotive industry experienceMechanical knowledgeParts interpreting experienceExperience using workshop management software
