About The Role

We currently have an opening for a Project Manager and will take responsibility for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve. Schedule, plan, forecast, resource and

manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

The position will be based in Wangara WA. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer you will be responsible for:

Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projectsMonitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specificationsInteract daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the fieldPerform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly onproject statusAssign responsibilities and mentor project teamCooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance andtechnical supportReview engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions





About The Candidate

Previous experience managing a small to medium production teamTrack record of successful project completion from pre- award to handoverProven experience as a Project Engineer in metal products manufacturing industryExcellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCADProficient in applicable software (Word, Excel, Outlook)Interpretation of Client drawings and specification to promote competitive estimates are producedFamiliarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standardsAbility to work with multiple discipline projectsStrong decision-making skills and a results-driven approachTime management and organisation skillsUnderstanding of quality standards and health & safety regulationsKnowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting conceptsOutstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational and leaderships skillsAttention to detailAdvanced skills in MS Office
