About the Role:

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading all kitchen operations while building a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture. You will drive food quality, menu development, operational excellence and staff engagement, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional dining experience.

Working closely with the leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the culinary identity of the venue, champion local suppliers and create elevated dishes that celebrate the region's outstanding produce.

This role is ideally suited to a Head Chef who wants more than just another kitchen position, it's an opportunity to build a reputation, develop future hospitality leaders and establish yourself within one of Toowoomba's most exciting new hospitality destinations.

Your Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a high-volume restaurant or premium casual dining environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching, developing and retaining great kitchen teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing food costs, labour budgets and kitchen profitability.
- Creative menu development skills with a focus on quality ingredients,



seasonal produce and contemporary dining.
- Excellent organisational skills with a commitment to consistency, standards and operational excellence.
