Due to continued growth, we are seeking both Site Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers to join our team. These permanent positions offer the opportunity to work across major Structural, Mechanical and Piping (SMP) projects, supporting the successful delivery of complex pipeline and infrastructure projects throughout Western Australia.

About the Role

Working closely with the Project Manager and site teams, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.

Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:

- Managing engineering activities from project award through to completion
- Planning and coordinating project schedules, procurement and subcontractors
- Preparing technical queries, documentation and engineering deliverables
- Monitoring project costs, forecasts, risks and contractual requirements
- Managing client relationships and project communications
- Supporting or leading project reporting, progress claims and variations
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring junior engineers
- Driving continuous improvement and identifying value engineering opportunities

About You

Site Project Engineer

- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Civil or Mechatronics)




- Experience delivering engineering or construction projects within SMP, pipelines, mining or infrastructure
- Strong planning, organisational and communication skills
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Current Australian Driver's Licence

Senior Project Engineer

In addition to the above, you will have:

- Extensive experience delivering major SMP, pipeline or heavy industrial projects
- Strong commercial and contract administration experience
- Proven ability to lead project delivery and mentor engineering teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple project priorities while maintaining quality, safety and budget performance
