Austal in Cairns is seeking an Injury Management Case Manager on a part-time basis with flexible hours up to 24 per week, minimum 16. The role focuses on coordinating injury management and return-to-work outcomes across the business, supported by Austal's HSEQ function and in office teams.
You will lead early intervention strategies, manage workers’ compensation and related medical cases, and report on injury trends to drive cost-effective, safe recovery and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
