About the Role

As a Technical Integration Delivery Lead, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of complex healthcare integrations across customers, systems and technical teams.

This is a hands-on technical delivery role where you'll work closely with Integration Architects, Engineers, customers and internal teams to take system and application integrations from requirements and planning through to implementation.

You'll be comfortable getting under the hood of integration delivery - understanding how systems connect, working through technical dependencies and issues, and bringing the right people together to keep delivery moving.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex system and application integrations across customers and technical teams.
- Work with Integration Architects and Engineers to understand integration designs, interfaces, APIs, technical dependencies and implementation requirements.
- Turn integration requirements and technical dependencies into clear delivery plans, actions and priorities.
- Coordinate integration activities across design, build, testing, environments and implementation.
- Get into technical issues and blockers with engineering teams,



understand what's preventing delivery and drive actions through to resolution.
- Coordinate dependencies across customer systems, integration platforms, environments and third-party applications.
- Keep technical teams and customers aligned on decisions, responsibilities, priorities and next steps.
- Provide clear visibility of integration progress, risks and dependencies to customers and senior stakeholders.
- Support successful implementation, handover and transition into operational teams.

About You

- Australian Citizenship is required for this role.
- Strong experience delivering complex system and application integrations within healthcare or large enterprise environments.
- A technical background in integration engineering, integration development or integration architecture, with experience moving into technical delivery leadership.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, interfaces and integration technologies, with familiarity working with formats such as JSON and XML.
- Knowledge or experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7 will be highly advantageous.
- Experience with MuleSoft or delivering integrations within a MuleSoft environment will be highly advantageous.
- Able to get into the technical detail with Integration Architects and Engineers,



understand integration designs and dependencies, ask the right questions and drive technical issues through to resolution.
- Experience coordinating complex integration delivery across engineering teams, customer systems, environments and third-party platforms.
- Strong customer and stakeholder skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical teams and keep integration delivery moving.
