Fantastic chance to join a warm, relaxed family living on a picturesque 8-acre property surrounded by national parkland in Clarence Town, NSW! This lovely family includes two bright, active children—a boy turning 9 in October and a 7-year-old girl—plus horses, ponies, a small dog, a farm cat, and chickens!

You will be very much part of the family and helping out with before-and-after school routines. Plenty of free time during the day to relax, explore the local area, or head to nearby beaches!
The eldest child (B8) is a gentle, caring soul who loves dinosaurs, sports, gardening, and card games. The youngest (G7) is a creative, determined little girl who loves horses and imaginative play.

The family live in 4-bedroom home featuring a separate living space, cozy fireplace, wrap-around verandah, and a huge backyard with a cubby house! You will have a large queen bedroom

Clarence Town is a charming semi-rural hub just 3 minutes away, featuring local cafes, pubs, a supermarket, and a swimming river only 5 minutes from your door!

Horses play a huge part in family life here—with 6 horses on the property, there are regular weekend rides and bushwalks with horses right into the national park out the back gate!

You are also positioned just 45 minutes from stunning ocean beaches in Newcastle and Port Stephens,



1 hour from the Barrington Tops, and 2 hours from Sydney city centre.

On weekends and holidays, you can join in on horse riding, casual family adventures, day trips, or simply relax!
