YEM Technology is seeking experienced Electricians to join our team at the Sino Iron Project, located at Cape Preston, 100km southwest of Karratha in Western Australia. This is a FIFO role from Perth on a 2:1 roster with both permanent and casual arrangements available.

YEM Technology is a Western Australian maintenance, commissioning, construction and electrical company specialising in fixed plant maintenance, shutdown maintenance, greenfield and brownfield SMPE&I; construction services across the mining and mineral processing sectors.

About the Role
We are looking for experienced Electricians to join our maintenance crews at Sino Iron. You will be carrying out electrical maintenance and fault-finding across fixed plant and infrastructure in a heavy industrial setting. The plant is large and varied and we need tradespeople who can work independently, fault-find effectively, and operate safely.

What You Will Be Doing





- Fault-finding and breakdown maintenance on fixed plant electrical systems
- Preventative maintenance and planned works across the site
- Installation, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment
- Compliance with WA electrical regulations and site safety requirements
- Supporting shutdown activities as required

What We Are Looking For
Essential:

- WA A-Grade Electrical Licence
- CPR and First Aid current within 12 months
- Working at Heights (WAH), valid within the last 5 years
- HRWL: Elevated Work Platform (EWP)
- Construction White Card
- Valid Australian C Class driver's licence
- Minimum 6 months post-trade experience in mining or heavy industrial environments
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Clean-shaven. Mask fit is mandatory and non-negotiable on site

Desirable:

- Confined Space Entry (CSE), valid within the last 5 years
