The Role

- Lead site crews and coordinate subcontractors, plant, materials and daily activities
- Manage programmes, productivity and project costs alongside the Project Manager
- Read plans, set daily priorities and ensure work is delivered to specification
- Liaise with clients,



consultants and internal project teams throughout delivery
- Maintain site safety, quality, environmental requirements and project documentation

The Criteria

- Experience with a local civil contractor as a Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand ready to step up
- Exposure to civil construction, earthworks, drainage, pavements, concrete or streetscape projects
- Confidence leading crews and maintaining control of site productivity and quality
- Ability to read plans, coordinate resources and solve practical site issues
