Your current role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced SailPoint Engineer to join a high-performing team. This hands-on role will focus on designing and enhancing identity management capabilities, including user access modelling, delegated access management, and SailPoint-based identity governance solutions. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to improve access controls, streamline identity processes, and support the ongoing evolution of the organisation's identity management framework. Key responsibilities include:

- Designing and maintaining identity models within SailPoint
- Configuring and managing delegated access for multiple user groups
- Developing and enhancing access governance and provisioning workflows
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define and implement access models
- Supporting identity lifecycle management and access reviews
- Troubleshooting and resolving SailPoint-related issues
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the IAM environment

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role,



you will bring a strategic mindset with the ability to evaluate and adopt emerging security technologies. Youll also need:

- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
- Proven experience in identity modelling, role modelling, and access governance
- Experience implementing and managing delegated access solutions
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a "go-getter" attitude
- Previous experience within large enterprise or government environments will be highly regarded
