As part of a significant TechnologyOne ERP initiative, you will contribute to the planning, governance, and delivery of enterprise-wide systems that support critical business functions across the organisation.

Your recent role
As the ERP Planning Lead, you will lead planning and coordination activities across the TechnologyOne ERP landscape. Working closely with executive stakeholders, project teams, implementation partners, and business leaders, you will develop integrated delivery roadmaps, manage workstream dependencies, oversee governance processes, and ensure successful execution of ERP transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in aligning business objectives with enterprise system capabilities while driving program outcomes across multiple streams.

What you'll need to succeed

- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale ERP programs or enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Strong TechnologyOne ERP experience, including planning and delivery leadership.




- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Experience with governance, executive reporting, risk, and issue management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- TechnologyOne SaaS+ migration experience, Higher Education exposure, and experience across Financials, Asset Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain modules will be highly regarded.
