Job Summary:

As the new Project Planning Manager/Senior Project Planning Manager, you will lead planning and scheduling functions across major capital projects, programs and portfolios. Partnering closely with Project Directors, Project Managers and Project Services leaders, you will drive planning strategy, strengthen scheduling performance, and deliver the insights needed to support successful project outcomes. Leading a team of planning professionals, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients and senior project stakeholders.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Lead planning and scheduling functions across major projects, programs and portfolios.
- Develop and implement project planning strategies, execution plans and schedule governance frameworks.
- Direct the development, integration and maintenance of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning schedules.
- Provide expert analysis of project schedules, critical path activities and delivery performance.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning, reporting and project controls processes.
- Lead, mentor and develop teams of planners and schedulers across multiple projects.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on delivery excellence.

Skills and Experience:

- Extensive experience in project planning, scheduling and project controls within EPCM, engineering, energy, resources, chemicals or infrastructure environments.
- Solid leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams within complex delivery environments.
- Advanced knowledge of project controls principles, planning methodologies and schedule governance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to support project and business decision-making.
- Advanced Primavera P6 capability.
