Rockingham Volkswagen, Rockingham Geely & GMSV is looking to recruit an experienced Automotive Parts interpreter to join our growing team.

About The Role

Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required for this position.

- Experience within dealership parts sales & interpreting environment will be highly regarded

- Minimum 1-2 years automotive parts experience is required.

- Sound computer skills, experience with ERA (Pentana) systems not necessary, but would be highly regarded

- Parts Interpreting will be required for trade, internal and retail customers

- Answering phone enquiries - a great phone manner is a must

- Attending to requests efficiently and courteously

- Liaising with our Pre-Delivery, Service and Warehouse departments

- Stock-take as required





- Exceptional customer service skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong time management & organisational skills
