We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team and help introduce two growing products to businesses in Australia.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships, and turning cold prospects into genuine sales opportunities.

What you'll be doing

Your main goal will be to find the right prospects, start conversations, understand their needs, and create qualified opportunities for our sales team.

You'll be responsible for:

- Making outbound calls to prospective customers for Righteo and Governa AI

- Researching companies and identifying the right decision-makers

- Introducing the appropriate product based on each prospect's needs

- Asking discovery questions and qualifying potential customers

- Booking qualified product demonstrations

- Following up with prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn

- Reconnecting with previous and inactive leads

- Recording conversations, objections, current systems, and next steps in our CRM





- Keeping CRM records accurate and ensuring scheduled follow-ups are completed

- Working towards agreed targets for calls, meaningful conversations, and qualified demonstrations

- Sharing prospect feedback and common objections with the team to help improve our sales approach

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate will have:

- 1+ years of experience in a similar role

- Excellent spoken and written English

- Confidence and professionalism when speaking over the phone

- A genuine interest in sales and business development

- Strong listening and communication skills

- Good organisation and follow-up habits

- Some experience working with a CRM

- The resilience to handle cold outreach and rejection

- The ability to understand a prospect's needs rather than simply follow a script

- Availability during Australian business hours

What we offer

- LKR 80,000 base salary

- Performance-based commission
