Introduction

As a Claims Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering a positive claims experience for pet parents, vets and clinics by managing complex claims through to resolution and supporting real-time GapOnly® assessments.

You'll work closely with customers, veterinary clinics, Claims Assessors and the broader GapOnly team to gather information, assess claims and ensure timely, accurate outcomes. This role combines technical veterinary knowledge with customer service, problem solving and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Manage complex claims through to completion, ensuring accurate and timely outcomes
• Liaise with customers and veterinary clinics to obtain information required to assess claims
• Support real-time GapOnly® claims assessment and processing
• Provide technical support to Client Services and Claims teams on veterinary and claims-related queries
• Identify opportunities to improve claims processes and customer outcomes




• Help drive digital adoption and enhance the customer claims experience

What You'll Bring

• Formal qualification in Veterinary Nursing
• Experience working in the veterinary industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Insurance claims experience is advantageous but not essential
