The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and commercially focused Key Account Manager to lead the development and growth of key accounts across South Australia.
This role is suited to a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate autonomously while consistently delivering on targets. You will take ownership of key client relationships and play a critical role in expanding strategic partnerships across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and target accounts
- Build and execute short- and long-term account plans aligned to customer objectives
- Deliver tailored and innovative security solutions to both new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated and high-quality outcomes
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, technologies, and competitor activity
About You
- Proven experience in a similar Key Account Management or Business Development role within the electronic security industry
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales and growth targets
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise level CCTV, Access Control, and intrusion systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as Genetec, Gallagher, Milestone, Motorola and Integriti.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a broader team environment
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in and equivalent role in the electronic security industry
- Current QLD Security Licence
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
