The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Project Officer, you'll manage multiple boutique apartment developments from pre-construction through to completion.Working closely with directors, consultants and contractors, you'll oversee programme, budget, quality and delivery while ensuring projects are completed to the high standards the business is known for. This is a role offering genuine autonomy, variety and long-term career stability.

Project Delivery

- Manage projects through the full development lifecycle




- Drive programme, budget and construction outcomes
- Identify and resolve project risks

Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate consultants, contractors and project teams
- Lead site meetings and maintain project momentum
- Build strong relationships across all stakeholders

Commercial Oversight

- Manage tenders, procurement and contract administration
- Assess progress claims and project variations
- Monitor project budgets and reporting

About You

- A degree in Property, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
- Experience delivering residential or mixed-use developments
- Strong commercial and project management capability
- Confident managing consultants and contractors
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- Enjoy working within a collaborative, long-term team
