# Site Manager - Commercial Construction

## About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced **Site Manager** to join our client's team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of construction projects across Perth, WA.

The immediate need is for a **$9M education project in the northern suburbs of Perth**, approximately 20 minutes from the CBD.

Australian citizens and permanent residents are preferred for this position.

## What You'll Be Doing

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and procedures to optimise efficiency and productivity. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving potential problems or risks. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Collaborate with the wider team to identify areas for process improvement and innovation.

## What We're Looking For

Substantial experience (5+ years) in a Site Manager or Senior Supervisor role within the construction industry, preferably with Head Supervisor experience. Experience specifically within commercial construction projects.



Demonstrated experience managing commercial construction projects valued between $5M and $20M. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders. Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time and within budget. Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Procore and Breadcrumb. Training can be provided. Thorough knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide effective leadership. Trade or tertiary qualification is desirable.
