Purely Commercials is a well-established Perth business with a busy Service Centre in Bibra Lake.
We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor / Customer Service person to join our team and be the key link between our customers and technicians.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage daily bookings and keep the workshop schedule running smoothly
- Be the first point of contact for customers, both over the phone and face-to-face
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
- Communicate between technicians and customers regarding repairs, quotes and approvals
- Prepare quotes, job costings and invoices in the DMS
- Order and track parts as required
- Follow up suppliers and delivery timeframes
- Coordinate outsourced work and raise purchase orders
- Keep jobs moving and customers informed
- Provide great customer service from booking through to vehicle collection
What we’re looking for
- Previous Service Advisor, workshop customer service or similar automotive experience
- Basic automotive and parts knowledge
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organised and able to juggle multiple jobs and priorities
- Comfortable communicating with both customers and technicians
- Confident using computer systems and learning new processes
- Someone who takes ownership, follows things through and gets things done
Experience with vans, utes, 4x4s or commercial vehicles would be an advantage.
