Country Motor Company is a well-established automotive dealership located on the NSW South Coast.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Accessory Fitter / Pre-Delivery Technician to join our Bomaderry team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with vehicles and takes pride in doing the job properly. Our customers see the finished vehicle — we see the work that went into it, so quality workmanship and attention to detail matter to us.

About the role

- Fit genuine and aftermarket vehicle accessories

- Install bull bars, tow bars, canopies, snorkels, side steps, driving lights and other accessories

- Carry out electrical accessory installations where required

- Complete pre-delivery inspections and vehicle preparation

- Follow manufacturer fitting instructions and dealership procedures

- Ensure vehicles are completed on time and to a high standard





- Communicate job progress and any parts requirements or delays with the team

About you

- Previous accessory fitting, pre-delivery or similar automotive experience

- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable with a positive attitude

- Current Australian driver's licence

A Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or similar qualification would be highly regarded but is not essential for the right person.
