About the role

As the Office Manager / Bookkeeper, you will oversee the day-to-day administration, financial management, and operational functions of the organisation. You will work alongside the CEO in a trusted leadership support role, taking ownership of all office operations and business administration functions. This is a unique opportunity to establish effective systems, processes, and controls that will support sustainable growth and strong governance.

Key responsibilities

- Manage accounts payable and receivable

- Process payroll and wage administration

- Conduct bank reconciliations

- Prepare and monitor budgets

- Prepare income and expenditure reporting

- Maintain financial records and ensure compliance

- Prepare reports for auditors and accountants

- Develop and implement office systems and procedures

- Maintain records, databases, and filing systems

- Support Board and governance requirements

About you

- Minimum 3 years' experience in an Office Management, Bookkeeping, Finance Administration, or Business Operations role





- Strong bookkeeping and financial administration skills

- Experience managing budgets and preparing financial reports

- Experience with payroll processing and financial software

- Experience developing and implementing office systems and procedures

- High-level organisational and time management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based business systems
