About the role:
Atlas Copco is seeking a Field Service Technician to support our growing customer base across Tasmania. This is a wide-ranging, autonomous role where you'll deliver preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs and technical support to customers across a range of industries.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on compressed air equipment
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults
- Completing on-site repairs, upgrades and equipment commissioning
- Providing technical support and exceptional customer service
- Maintaining accurate service records and completing service documentation
- A practical, hands-on approach with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment, taking ownership of your schedule and service commitments with support from a Service Planner.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and Full Australian working rights
