We are looking for an all-rounder Permanent Part Time Hospitality assistant to join our dynamic and enthusiastic Hotel Services department to work across the kitchen and cleaning team.
Aged Care experience is preferred as the role will require you to support in the preparation of texture modified foods and alternative diets, however, if you bring excellent attention to detail, outstanding communication and a genuine passion to learn please apply!
Merrimac Park Private Care is a modern and equipped 96 Bed Residential Aged Care facility situated in Merrimac on the Gold Coast. The facility operates a dietician approved 4-week rotational menu which is changed seasonally. All food is prepared from scratch at our onsite kitchen.
It is essential you have experienced in a fast-paced kitchen, working in a team and a positive attitude for working with the elderly.
Candidates must have a current police check, possess excellent communication skills,
be physically fit and are passionate about the service they are creating for our residents.
Great working hours. Must be available over weekends and public holidays.
This position reports to the Chef Supervisor on site and Group Hotel Services Manager.
